shipping and delivery
shipping is free for all listed countries. If your country is not listed, please contact us before placing your order.

le.sens scarves are individually made on order. usually we ship within 7 days after receiving your order and payment. If for some unexpected reasons we are not able to ship your order within this time, we will contact you by email.

delivery times are usually 1-3 days for Germany, 5-7 days for EU countries and 7-14 days for all other countries.

payment and taxes
all listed prices are in Euro (€).
we accept payments by PayPal, credit card (via PayPal) and wire transfer.
all listed prices include shipping. all listed prices include VAT for orders from EU countries.
not included are eventual customs fees and other import taxes for orders from outside the EU.

returns
orders may be returned within 14 days from EU countries or 21 days from all other countries with full refund of your payment.
returned scarves must be unworn, without any damage and in their original packaging. all shipping costs for returns are at the customers expense.
we recommend to send goods by recorded or special delivery and retain the proof of postage. le.sens is not liable for any goods that do not reach us.
any returned orders from outside the EU need to be marked: Returned Goods and No VAT or Duty Due so that no taxes are levied.

privacy
le.sens will never give your personal data to 3rd parties.
your credit card data will be processed by PayPal and will not reach us.
